Company HistoryThe Coffee Cup Cafe originated in 1982, in Talle City, New York by Louis Demant. Louis, being a coffee addict, thought there ought to be a place where all coffee lovers could come together to enjoy and relax. She came up with the idea of a coffee shop. That is where is all began. Today, the Coffee Cup Cafe is owned by Nicole Gentz. The coffee shop has expanded to include not only the different flavors of coffee, but the espresso of today's society as well.
Personnel
Nicole took over ownership of the Coffee Cup Cafe in 1992. She is also the store manager.
Jackie is in charge of scheduling. She does a great job dealing with the everyday store problems. She does the ordering for the coffee shop.
Steph handles the espresso orders. She is in charge of maintaining our cappuchino machine.
Lori assists with the espresso orders. She also handles the italian sodas. She is responsible for maintaining the flavors and toppings.
Beckie is the Coffee Cup Cafe server. She is in charge of taking orders, then delivering the orders. She can also maintain fresh coffee and run the till.
James is another server. He also is in charge of taking orders then delivering the orders. He can also maintain fresh coffee and run the till.
